I've lived with IBS for over 20 years. When I get a flare-ip, it's not just uncomfortable... it's completely debilitating. I'm doubled over in pain, everything grinds to a halt, and usually, I just have to ride it out. Nothing really helps.
So when I tried one of Dr Lisa's meditations, just seven minutes long I honestly didn't expect much. It felt almost silly to think it could make a difference. But within minutes, the cramps disappeared. Completely.
I don't even understand how it worked, but I'm not questioning it. The pain went, and it didn't come back.
